As part of the company's rebranding, I was responsible for coordinating and art directing a team of 20 individuals, including professional talent and employees, to bring Accolade's new brand identity to life. In collaboration with an amazing team, we captured over 10,000 shots, which were later used in a wide range of marketing materials, including digital, print, social, and environmental branding.

NEW WEBSITE REBRAND
Brand Awareness | Unveil Out-Of-Home Ads 
As the lead designer, we launched Accolade's new identity at Boston Airport during HLTH, a large healthcare ecosystem event that brought together employers from all over the US. The campaign ran throughout the three days of the event, generating 1,917,134 impressions and 2,954 clicks to our website. Our ads captivated travelers, leaving a lasting impact. A quick survey from people who visited our booth revealed that over 75 of them had seen our ads at the airport. We maintained our presence post-event through geo-fencing and retargeting.

As the lead designer overseeing our office's environmental branding initiatives, I took on a role encompassing a diverse array of responsibilities. This included assuming the role of a design project manager meticulously managing vendor selection processes, adeptly handling budget allocations, project strict timelines, executive reviews and some design production work as well.
