Holly Molly, we are going public!
In my role as the Lead Designer during our company's public offering in the midst of the Pandemic (June 2020), I had the privilege of contributing to an experience that went beyond design – it was about fostering connection and celebrating our collective journey. Here's a glimpse into my role:
Employee Experience:
Navigating the challenges of remote work, I collaborated closely with HR to design an employee experience that captured the essence of our IPO. From coordinating the logistics of employee swag, including t-shirts, cowbells, and laptop stickers, to managing vendor relationships and budget considerations, my focus was on creating a tangible sense of celebration despite the physical distance.
Nasdaq Tower Graphics:
My responsibility extended to the 20ft Nasdaq tower marquee, where I worked on graphics featuring employees, executives, customers, and investors. The goal was not just to display names but to weave a visual story that reflected the diversity and collective spirit of our company. Animations and videos were crafted with a human touch, emphasizing the people behind the financial milestone.
SOCIAL AI FILTER:
Recognizing the significance of digital engagement, I designed an Augmented Reality logomark filter for Instagram. This interactive element aimed to connect with our audience in a modern and lighthearted way, adding a touch of innovation to our celebrations.
In essence, my role was about translating the excitement of our IPO into experiences that resonated with everyone in the company. From designing tangible swag to creating visuals that celebrated our people on a grand scale and exploring modern avenues of engagement, my approach was centered on inclusivity and shared joy. I look forward to bringing this collaborative and celebratory spirit to your team.
